200-Hour Teacher Training - Yoga Alliance Certified
The exploration of Yoga, in our bodies, in our lives, in the modern world.
Life moves quickly and so does the yoga world. In this training, you will take part in the study of the ancient practice, alongside modern movement theory and science. We will ask the hard questions about how this practice fits into this stressful time, what our place in it can be, and how we can feel movement in our bodies as a way to help others feel that agency as well. We are a community driven studio and our training reflects what we cultivate in our classes. This is ahimsa-love in action.
For students looking to deepen their practice and/or learn to teach yoga.

Testimonials from some of our recent grads:
After completing YTT at House of Jai, I now think of my life in two ways: before training and after training. So many positive changes developed in my life as a result of the program. Personally and professionally, I have grown into the individual I want to be; I contribute this growth to the knowledge gained, relationships made, and support felt during yoga training at House of Jai. -Amanda Rose
My experience in the House of Jai teacher training program was amazing and fun! Every instructor brought their expertise, positive energy and endless support to the program. I gained more than just a deeper connection to my practice and a better understanding of yoga, which will be with me for the rest of my life. I developed a love for teaching and gained a new family through this experience! -Jenny Chao
I decided to take the House of Jai Teacher Training to deepen my practice, and specifically, to learn more about anatomy and alignment to help prevent and heal injury. During training I realized I wouldn't be able to keep all that I was learning to myself... that I would have to share it with others! -Sami Roth
I started teacher training at House of Jai with doubts. I wasn't sure I was ready - wasn't sure if I had been practicing long enough, not sure if I was strong enough, not sure I could keep up. I jumped in anyway because I wanted to learn more about yoga and to deepen my practice. Teaching was not in my plan. My experience was AMAZING. House of Jai has the best teachers and so many of them participated and shared their knowledge. It was an experience I will never forget. It truly changed my life. -Lynn Vera
I remember the day I signed up for teacher training because it was a day of decision. I couldn't ignore anymore that teacher training was something I wanted to do and I had run out of reasons why I shouldn't just go for it. I am so grateful for all I learned over the course of those 200 hours. Not only have I developed a stronger home practice as well as became a better aligned yogi with a deeper appreciation and understanding of the practice but equally as important, teacher training taught me that every decision you make with clarity from your heart is one step closer to being your best, most authentic you. -Donna Mandarano
House of Jai's teacher training trained me the most on how to be a happier being. As much as we focused on anatomy, the asanas, and sequencing, we also had comprehensive training on the philosophy of yoga and this made a tremendous impact on my psyche. I really shifted my point of view and way of life. I found myself becoming a more content and positive person, which shifted the situations I found myself in and the people that gravitated towards me. I would say that House of Jai Teacher Training not only prepares you to be an incredibly skilled teacher inside the studio, it also teaches you how to navigate outside the studio into your own life. It was a life-changer and I am forever grateful. -Rebecca Lee Lerman
